Privacy notice
This website is deliberately simple: no cookies for advertising or analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, and no profiling. What it does process is what you send it. The forms are the exception, and this notice says exactly what happens to them.
Server log files
On access, technical data is transmitted and briefly logged: IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. This data is not combined with other sources and is not used to identify you.
What the forms collect
The capacity request and the contact form send us what you type: your name, your company, your work email, your message, and for a capacity request the ten technical answers and the reference number. Nothing else is added. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are asking about a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry we were sent. Providing the data is voluntary; without an email address we cannot reply.
Where that data goes, and for how long
It is delivered as email by Resend (Resend Inc.), our processor under Art. 28 GDPR, on servers in the European Union. It is not stored in a database on this site. It lives in our own mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live and for as long as commercial retention rules require, and it is not sold, shared or used for marketing you did not ask for.
Storage on your device
No cookies are set. The capacity form keeps your progress and your reference number in your browser's local storage, so that reloading the page does not lose two minutes of your work and does not issue you a second reference for the same requirement. That stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and is cleared when you clear site data. It is strictly necessary for a function you asked for (§ 25(2) TTDSG), which is why there is no consent banner.
Fonts and media
Fonts, images and video are served by this website itself. Viewing a page opens no connection to Google, to a CDN or to any other third party.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the party named in the imprint and we answer within a month.
