Jurisdiction by construction

The workload's address is a street address. Which law applies is settled by geography, not by contract – and an audit can stand in front of the rack it concerns.

Built against the frameworks

The buildings are designed to be operated under German critical-infrastructure and EU NIS2 obligations. The compliance record grows with the build and is available to authorities on request.

Visitable

An authority can stand in the building it is asked to trust. Exhibition floor at grade, the machine behind glass one floor up – by appointment, not by exception.

Protected airspace

For the campus class, the protection concept extends above the fence line: layered counter-UAS – detection, identification, graded response – specified in the project documentation and aligned with the national critical-infrastructure framework. A roadmap position, stated as one.
